New poems in milestone issues of Irish lit journals

Poems of mine are featured are in special milestone issues of three Irish literary journals being released over the next two months.

'Alt', the 15th anniversary edition of Abridged, invited poets to revisit a past poem of theirs, and revise, redraft, reconstruct (or indeed, deconstruct), considering "the infinity possibility of further modification". The issue also features a listing of all Abridged publications, exhibitions and participants since 2004. Kudos to Gregory McCartney and Susanna Galbraith for being at the helm of such a consistently stunning journal for so long.


The 25th issue of Boyne Berries launches at the Trim Poetry Festival on 15th March, featuring my poem Three Losses'. And the gorgeous edition of the 50th Crannóg includes my poem 'Baptismal', a kind of sister-poem to 'Bird-Bathing' from the collection 'the x of y'.
